Forum Rules and Regulations

The following forum rules must be followed, or the consequences below will be applied:

Rules
1) These forums are family friendly forums. Anything deemed inappropriate will be removed, this includes posts, signatures, usernames, images etc. The offending member will be warned. This also extends to websites which contain inappropriate material, whether directly shown or linked to.

2) The goal of these forums is to make sure everyone has a good time and can make friends. Obviously not everyone will agree with one another and we ask that you respect the opinions of others. Making sarcastic, or rude remarks directed at another member or attacking others for holding views different to your own will not be tolerated.

3) Pay attention to your grammar, spelling, and language. Lazy English and Instant Messaging/phone text lingo is not appreciated by anyone and doesn't help our many members who speak English as a second language. Please try and be as clear and precise as you can when posting. Also, your language must be appropriate. Any use of inappropriate language (this does not need to be defined) is a violation of this rule.

Penalties
1) First Offense - User is put on a 15-day probation period. During this period the user may continue to read posts and reply to posts, but may not create new threads or discussions.

2) Second Offense - User is put on a list of users with limited access. These users have access to read articles and posts, but may not make posts themselves. This period lasts for 15 days following the date of second offense.

3) Third Offense - Immediately following the third offense, a user will be deleted and the IP address will be recorded. These users may be allowed to re-register for the forums, but not for a period of 15 days following the third offense.

4) Fourth Offense - The username is deleted and the IP address is also banned. The user may not acccess the forum at any level.

Spammers, Bots, and Advertisers
Any user found guilty of spamming or advertising is automatically moved to a fourth offense. This type of behavior is not tolerated... at all!
